All Roadi products units purchased in the United States from AUTHORIZED DEALERS are fully supported by the Roadico.com ONE YEAR WARRANTY
with regards to live technical support, email support, warranty repair/replacement and software updates. All serial/smart box numbers are
tracked to verify country of origin and if it was purchased from an AUTHORIZED DEALER. Roadi products units not purchased through an
AUTHORIZED DEALER, this includes internet purchases, foreign units, and all other sources not deemed to be authorized are not supported
by the Roadico.com ONE YEAR WARRANTY, including live technical support, email support, warranty repair/replacement and tool software updates.
